The Space

Our 41-sqm place offers a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The living area is equipped with a smart HD TV, perfect for streaming your favorite shows and movies on Netflix or catching up on the latest local news through available TV channels. Enjoy fast and reliable WiFi throughout the unit, with speeds of up to 200Mbps. The dining area comfortably seats 4 people, and the dining table can be expanded to accommodate additional guests—ideal for intimate celebrations such as birthdays, anniversaries, or holidays!

The bedroom features a queen-sized bed, complete with a warm comforter, pillows, and a high-quality foam mattress for a restful sleep. In the kitchen, you'll find a double-burner stove with a range hood, along with cookware and dinnerware for all your cooking and dining needs. We also provide a microwave oven and a spacious refrigerator for your convenience. To make your stay even more enjoyable, we offer a one-time complimentary coffee and bottled water to help you settle in easily.

The bathroom is equipped with a heating system, ensuring a warm and comfortable shower experience. We also provide disposable slippers, shampoo, conditioner, soap, bath towels, washcloths, and bath mats for your comfort.

For entertainment, we have a selection of card and board games available on the shelves. Please handle them with care and return them to their designated spots after use.

Guest access

You will have full access to the entire place during your stay, including all amenities, which are available to up to 3 guests free of charge.

Pool:

- Access is free for up to 3 guests from Tuesday to Sunday, except on cleaning day (Monday).
- Pool depth ranges from 5 to 6 feet.
- Open daily from 6 AM to 10 PM.

Gym:

- Free access for up to 3 guests.
- Open daily from 6 AM to 10 PM.

Sauna:

- Free access for up to 3 guests.
- Maximum of 2 hours of use per session.

Sports Courts:

Free access to the basketball, tennis, and badminton courts, except during the following restricted hours:

6 AM - 8 AM
8 PM - 10 PM

Important: All guests are required to register at the lobby 1 day before using any of the amenities. Please let us know in advance if you plan to take advantage of these facilities so we can assist with the registration process.

During your stay

Our team is online 24/7 to help you. Please contact us via the Airbnb app for quick responses. For emergencies, you may call us on our mobile or thru Viber.

Other things to note

ALL guests are required to submit a copy of their ID for admin approval of the guest pass at least a day before arrival. No same-day processing. No approved guest pass means no entry. Late submission may result in delays with the check-in so please submit these requirements as soon as possible.

Upon arrival at the lobby, you will be required to present your ID to the guard. Once validated, you will have to log your details & they might ask you to leave an ID. You will then be allowed to proceed to the unit after.

We do self-check-in & checkout via a lock box. The full check-in instructions will be sent to you a day before your arrival.

Strictly 3 pm check-in & 11 am check-out. Early check-in & out is for approval & is not guaranteed.

If approved, the following charges will apply:

First extra 2 HRS - ₱2,000
Beyond 2 HRS - full rate (you have to book the day before check-in for early check-in or the day after for late check-out)

Airbnb is built on trust & relationships. As a host, I have full confidence that you will take care of everything inside our home, follow our house rules & will not take anything when you check out. Please use the appliances, furniture, & fixtures responsibly as you would your own. You will be liable for any loss or damage to the property.

For long stays (min. of 20 days):
—You are required to have us clean the unit mid-stay or at least once. This is to ensure that our home is properly maintained. You will directly pay our cleaning staff ₱1,000 to cover labor & laundry. Your linens & towels will be replaced.
—Utilities are included but the electricity bill must not exceed ₱3,500 per month. Any excess shall be at your own cost.

IMPORTANT: No smoking, no pets & no parties/events allowed. Please TURN OFF the air-con & other appliances when not in use especially when you're not in the unit.
