The Space

We welcome you home to this 2-bedroom unit located in The Beacon Makati Chino Roces Ave. You'll find yourself just steps away from supermarkets, malls, restaurants, bars, and cafes, ensuring everything you need is within easy reach. Paid parking is also conveniently available both within and near the building.

Our unit boasts an inviting interior with city views that are especially stunning at night. The living room features a smart HD TV, perfect for binge-watching your favorite movies or series on Netflix. The space is complemented by WiFi with speeds of up to 200Mbps. The dining area comfortably accommodates four, making it ideal for small gatherings or special occasions.

The master bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed, featuring a warm comforter, pillows, throw pillows, and a foam mattress for maximum comfort. The second, smaller bedroom is also cozy and furnished with a comfortable single-sized bed. Please note that the master and second bedroom are divided by a cabinet partition, offering some privacy. A small dedicated workspace/vanity area in the master's bedroom is available for guests working remotely.

In the kitchen, you’ll find a double-burner stove with a range hood, complete cookware, and dining essentials. A microwave and spacious refrigerator are also provided, along with a one-time complimentary local Barako coffee and 1L of bottled water to make you feel at home.

The bathroom is equipped with a water heating system, providing warm water for the shower. Essential amenities such as disposable slippers, towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap are included for your convenience.

For our international guests, we’ve provided a universal socket adapter for your convenience. Enjoy a comfortable and hassle-free stay with breathtaking night views, right in the heart of Makati!

Guest access

You will have free access to the entire suite & pool (up to 6 guests) while the gym is for a fee of ₱100/visit. Do note that the pool & gym may sometimes be unavailable without prior notice due to cleaning, maintenance & COVID-19 restrictions.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT:
2 sleeps in the master bedroom (Queen bed)
2 sleeps in the small bedroom (Single-sized bed and pull-out bed)

Open parking is available beside Amorsolo Tower (the side where McDonald's is) on a first-come-first-serve basis. Rates are below & may change without prior notice.

First 2 HRS - ₱50.00
Succeeding hour - ₱20.00
Motorcycle - ₱40.00 (flat rate per day)

ALL guests are required to submit a copy of their ID for admin approval of the guest pass at least a day before arrival. No same-day processing. No approved guest pass means no entry. Late submission may result in delays with the check-in so please submit these requirements as soon as possible.

Upon arrival at the lobby, you will be required to present your ID to the guard. Once validated, you will have to log your details & they might ask you to leave an ID. You will then be allowed to proceed to the unit after.

We offer self-check-in and checkout via mailbox. The full check-in instructions will be sent to you a day before your arrival.

Strictly 3 pm check-in & 11 am check-out. Early check-in & out is for approval & is not guaranteed.

If approved, the following charges will apply:

First extra 2 HRS - ₱2,000
Beyond 2 HRS - full rate (you have to book the day before check-in for early check-in or the day after for late check-out)

Airbnb is built on trust & relationships. As a host, I have full confidence that you will take care of everything inside our home, follow our house rules & will not take anything when you check out. Please use the appliances, furniture, & fixtures responsibly as you would your own. You will be liable for any loss or damage to the property.

IMPORTANT: No smoking, no pets & no parties/events allowed. Please TURN OFF the air-con & other appliances when not in use especially when you're not in the unit.

For monthly stays - rates are already discounted as shown on the listing.

For long stays (min. of 20 days):
—You are required to have us clean the unit mid-stay or at least once. This is to ensure that our home is properly maintained. You will directly pay our cleaning staff ₱1,000 to cover labor & laundry. Your linens & towels will be replaced.
—Utilities are included but the electricity bill must not exceed ₱4,000 per month. Any excess shall be at your own cost.

FREE use of the pool, on the other hand, there is a ₱100 per access/guest for the gym; please pay directly to the admin or the gym attendant. (amenities are located on the 6th floor). Please coordinate with us if you plan to use the amenities. Do note that due to the current Covid-19 situation, amenities may be unavailable without prior notice.
