Parking:

There’s no parking allocated on this property’s premises but there is a pay parking on the perimeter of Global Business Tower (the building right next to it) for ₱300/day (price may change without prior notice). As there’s no prior booking required, please note we cannot guarantee availability at the time of your arrival.

Guest access

IMPORTANT: Security is VERY STRICT and will only allow guests with authorized pass to enter the building.

With this, ALL guests are required to submit a copy of their ID for admin approval of the guest pass at least a day before arrival. No same-day processing. No approved guest pass means no entry. Late submission may result in delays with the check-in so please submit these requirements as soon as possible.

Strictly NO visitors during your stay. It’s a condo admin restriction. Violators will be fined up to 10,000 pesos.

Pool & gym access is FREE from 6am - 10pm at the 26th floor of the building. Do note that the pool and gym may sometimes be unavailable without prior notice due to cleaning & maintenance. We don’t advertise the gym as an official amenity because it only houses basic equipment & no air conditioning system. However, it can still be accessed at no cost if needed.

The swimming Pool access & guidelines:
-The facility will be open from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm daily except every Tuesday for the scheduled weekly general cleaning and maintenance works.
-Only registered owners and/or tenants are allowed to use the pool facility.
-The facility has NO LIFEGUARD on duty therefore swimming shall be at the risk of the user, and minors MUST be accompanied by an adult at all times.
-Food and beverages are not allowed.
-Pets are not allowed in the swimming pool and around its perimeter.
-The Management takes no responsibility for any negligence, damage/s, or injury that may occur in connection with the use of the facility and surrounding areas.

Other things to note

- Day visitors are subject to pre-approval from our Property Management Office to ensure comfort and security for our residents and guests.

For long stays (min. of 20 days):
—You are required to have us clean the unit mid-stay or at least once. This is to ensure that our home is properly maintained. You will directly pay our cleaning staff 1,000 PHP to cover labor & laundry. Your linens & towels will be replaced.
—Utilities are included but the electricity bill must not exceed 3,000 PHP per month. Any excess shall be at your own cost.

- Airbnb is built on TRUST and RELATIONSHIPS. As a host, I have full confidence that guests will take care of everything inside this unit and will NOT take anything when they check out.

- Guest will be liable for any loss or damage to the property.

- Guests not following the house rules and building policies may be penalised.

- No reservations outside of Airbnb.
