  • This is a more established condo but well appointed clean and tidy with all consumables to enable you settle in easily. Communication was very good, wifi good and the location is great. Lobby staff helpful. My second stay with this host, well recommended to stay.

  • We had a very comfortable stay at the condo. The place is spotless and equipped with all the basic things you need. We couldn’t fault the place. The location is perfect for eating and shopping, lovely buzzing area. Abyzz has been a great host. She made us feel welcome and very helpful when we had questions. Very quick response too. We would definitely stay here again when we’re back in Manila. 5 stars for this place!

  • The room looks bigger in the picture than it is. Room was very clean, it was the cleanest room I’ve been in. I love the appliances were all upscale. The bath body wash smells really good. Fantastic view of the city from bedroom. High quality pots and pans. Fancy lighting. Overall the aesthetics were top notch.

  • Great area and easy access to the Greenbelt area (Shopping centers and restaurants). This are is where you want to be if you are a first time traveler going to the Philippines. It's a quick commute (Train, Move-it). Jeepney's and trikes can be grabbed once your elsewhere.

  • My second stay in this particular building and it was just as good as the first even though it was a different condo. Location is perfect, property is perfect and the host is perfect. Everything you could need is in the condo and it’s well presented and well cleaned. This is now my go to building after trying a lot of others in Makati over the last couple of years.

  • Our family really enjoyed our stay. We had fun on the place. The place is so spacious. We all have our own roons and toilet. The board games and karaoke room is a plus. The host and caretaker are so kind and very responsive. Will definitely recommend this place will be back when we have time again.

  • The place was clean, the building staff very friendly and professional. Abyzz has been very responsive to my inquiries during the whole stay and accommodated my extension request. Pretty close to Greenbelt but free from noise. Would definitely recommend if you would like to stay in Makati :)
