• We inspect your laundry for stains and damages as soon as it arrives in our hub. We take a photo of it and update you so you can inform your guests and charge accordingly or easily file an insurance claim.

• We treat the stains at no extra cost and let you know if it’s removed or not so you can decide your next actions.

• We will let you know once it’s ready to be delivered and it will be at your doorstep clean and fresh! Your laundry is usually ready within 24-48 hours.
