For long stays (min. of 20 days):
—You are required to have us clean the unit mid-stay or at least once. This is to ensure that our home is properly maintained. You will directly pay our cleaning staff 1,000 PHP to cover labor & laundry. Your linens & towels will be replaced.
—Utilities are included but the electricity bill must not exceed 3,000 PHP per month. Any excess shall be at your own cost.

Extra Cleaning
•If you require extra cleaning, please inform us in advance so we can check our caretaker’s availability.
•A cleaning fee of 1,000 PHP applies, covering labor, laundry costs, and the replacement of linens and towels.

Other things to note

The published rate only covers the first 2 guests. An extra guest fee of 850 will apply to the 3rd guest (sleeps on single floor mattress). Please enter the correct guest headcount when booking.

Convenient Parking Options:

Pay for exclusive parking in the building on a first-come-first-serve basis. We only have 1 slot shared by our 4 Airbnbs so please inquire first to know availability. The first guest to book will be the first to have service provided.

Parking rates:
1-night stay only- ₱500/night
2 nights stay & more - ₱400/night

Pay parking in the building on a first-come-first-serve basis. Just inquire with the guard on duty at the building entrance & they will assist you.

Open parking is available beside Amorsolo Tower (the side where McDonald's is) on a first-come-first-serve basis. Rates are below & may change without prior notice.

ALL guests are required to submit a copy of their ID for admin approval of the guest pass at least a day before arrival. No same-day processing. No approved guest pass means no entry. Late submission may result in delays with the check-in so please submit these requirements as soon as possible.

Upon arrival at the lobby, you will be required to present your ID to the guard. Once validated, you will have to log your details & they might ask you to leave an ID. You will then be allowed to proceed to the unit after.

We do self-check-in & checkout via a lock box. The full check-in instructions will be sent to you a day prior to your arrival.

Strictly 3 pm check-in & 11 am check-out. Early check-in & out is for approval & is not guaranteed.

If approved, the following charges will apply:

First extra 2 HRS - half of the published rent
Beyond 2 HRS - full rent (you have to book the day before check-in for early check-in or the day after for late check-out)

Please use the appliances, furniture, & fixtures responsibly as you would your own. You will be liable for any loss or damage to the property.

IMPORTANT: No smoking, no pets & no parties/events allowed. Please TURN OFF the air-con & other appliances when not in use especially when you're not in the unit.
