PARKING
We do not manage parking and we are not liable for parking related concerns. Parking is available at Grace Mall managed by a private company.
SWIMMING POOL
Swimming pools are subject to availability.
Condo pool fees are 150 pesos per head on regular days & 300 pesos on weekends and holidays, guest can pay at condo admin office prior to pool use.

EARLY CHECKIN / LATE CHECKOUT FEE
Our staff need time for laundry and cleaning, hence early check-ins or late checkout requests are subject for approval, PHP 800 charge if approved (2 pax, 2 hours max).
Full night rate will be charged beyond 2 hours extension.
Please make sure to settle all fees prior to any extension to avoid another guest from taking the reservation .
