At The Kin House, you're not merely occupying a room — you’re engaging in a vibrant, dynamic artistic environment. On the first floor, you'll discover 11.11 Tattoos and Curiosities, a specialty tattoo studio providing an encouraging environment for artistic expression. The second floor houses two incredible spaces: Dim Dim, a Fil-Chinese-inspired speakeasy lounge where you can enjoy handcrafted cocktails, and a modular studio that is perfect for photoshoots, workshops, live art showcases, and karaoke jam nights — all contributing to the vibrant atmosphere of this diverse building.

As a special treat, all guests will receive a free drink at Dim Dim, adding to the experience and making your stay even more memorable.

Other things to note

For identification and safety purposes, we require all guests to submit a copy of their ID at least a day before arrival. This helps us properly endorse your stay and ensure a smooth self-check-in experience. Once your booking is confirmed, you'll be notified about the required documents, and we kindly ask that you submit them promptly. Late submissions may result in check-in delays, so we encourage you to send your ID as soon as possible.

Upon arrival, you’ll be asked to present your ID and Airbnb booking to the guard. After validation, you’ll be allowed to proceed to your designated room. This process helps us maintain a safe and secure environment for all guests.

We do self-check-in & checkout via a smart lock. The full check-in instructions will be sent to you a day before your arrival.

Strictly 3 pm check-in & 11 am check-out. Early check-in & out is for approval & is not guaranteed.

If approved, the following charges will apply:

First extra 2 HRS - ₱1,000
Beyond 2 HRS - full rate (you have to book the day before check-in for early check-in or the day after for late check-out)
