Guest access

ALL guests are required to submit a copy of their ID & vaccination card for admin approval of the guest pass at least a day before arrival. No same-day processing. No approved guest pass means no entry. Late submission may result in delays with the check-in so please submit these requirements as soon as possible.

Upon arrival at the lobby, you will be required to present your ID & vaccination card to the guard. Once validated, you will have to log your details & they might ask you to leave an ID. You will then be allowed to proceed to the unit after.

Amenities Details-
The pool can be accessed by guests for 150 pesos per head on regular days & 300 pesos per head on weekends and holidays, Pay directly to the admin of Grace Residences. No gym access - exclusive to residents but Anytime Fitness inside of Grace Mall is available to anyone with fee.

Paid parking at Grace Mall:
Php 45 first 2 hours
Php 20 succeeding hours
Overnight - Php 300 additional rate from 1:30 AM - 6 AM

We do self-check-in & checkout via a lock box. The full check-in instructions will be sent to you a day prior to your arrival.

Strictly 3 pm check-in & 11 am check-out. Early check-in & out is for approval & is not guaranteed.

If approved, the following charges will apply:

First extra 2 HRS - ₱800
Beyond 2 HRS - full rate (you have to book the day before check-in for early check-in or the day after for late check-out)

Airbnb is built on trust & relationships. As a host, I have full confidence that you will take care of everything inside our home, follow our house rules & will not take anything when you check out. Please use the appliances, furniture, & fixtures responsibly as you would your own. You will be liable for any loss or damage to the property.

IMPORTANT: No smoking, no pets & no parties/events allowed. Please TURN OFF the air-con & other appliances when not in use especially when you're not in the unit.

For long stays (min. of 20 days):
—You are required to have us clean the unit mid-stay or at least once a month. This is to ensure that our home is properly maintained. You will directly pay our cleaning staff ₱1,000 to cover labor & laundry. Your linens & towels will be replaced.
—Electricity bills must not exceed ₱3,000.00 for the month. Any charge in excess shall be at the guest's expense.
