Self-check-in & check-out instructions will be sent a day before arrival & prior to departure. Check-in is strictly at 3 PM, & check-out is by 11 AM.

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to approval, with additional charges:
- First 2 hours: ₱2,000
- Beyond 2 hours: full rate (book the day before or after)

The nightly rate covers 2 guests. Additional guests are ₱1,500/night.

Sleeping arrangements:
- Queen bed for 2 guests
- Sofa bed for 1 guest (set up only if there’s a 3rd paying guest). Kindly inform us in advance if you require extra linens or need the additional bed set up. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to staff & linen availability. Additional laundry charges will apply.

House rules:
- No smoking, pets, or parties
- Turn off appliances when not in use
- Basic cooking only (no smelly food)
- Quiet hours: 10 PM - 8 AM
- No unregistered guests

Long stays (20+ days):
- Mid-stay cleaning is optional, ₱1,000 fee
- Electricity bills must not exceed ₱3,000/month; any excess is the guest’s responsibility

Amenities:
- Enjoy free pool access during pool hours (closed on Mondays for maintenance; accessible via the 7th & 8th floors). Proper swimwear is required.
- The building offers a small, basic gym available for free. Please note, facilities are limited.
- Cooking essentials are provided, but condiments like oil, pepper, salt, and others are not included.

We regularly conduct grease trap cleaning and maintenance in all our homes. If you notice an unusual smell (rare and mostly during hot seasons), it may come from the pipes due to the building's age. Rest assured, the building maintenance team is aware of this.
