The Space

Our place boasts a cozy & fresh interior: a nice living area equipped with a TV so that you can comfortably watch your favorite shows & movies via Netflix & Youtube.

The entire home has great WiFi reception, with an internet speed of up to 100Mbps which makes it perfect for those who are working from home. Our dining area can sit up to for 3 people making the space ideal for intimate birthday/anniversary/holiday celebrations!

The bed area has a queen-sized mattress on frame with a light warm comforter, fluffy pillows, & cotton sheets.

You can cook on our single-burner induction stove with rangehood in the kitchen, along with cookware and dinnerware that you can use for your dining needs. A microwave oven & a spacious refrigerator are both also available for use. We will also provide you with a one-time complimentary locally-sourced Barako coffee (freshly grounded from Batangas; a municipality in the PH) & a bottled water to help you settle in quickly.

Our toilet & bath has hot & cold showers. We prepared disposable slippers, shampoo, conditioner, soap, bath towels, washcloths, & bath mats for your convenience.

You can find universal socket adapters & extension cables (hooray for tourists!) here because trust us—we know the struggle.

Paid parking is available in the building for ₱500 per day. Please ask about availability before booking.

•A cleaning fee of 1,000 PHP applies, covering labor, laundry costs, and the replacement of linens and towels.

There's a Pay Parking option in the building but may not always be available as we only rent it from other homeowners on your behalf. Let us know if you need a parking space so we can check availability first. IT IS NOT GUARANTEED.

If 1-night stay only- ₱500/night
2 nights stay & more- ₱400/night

Parking alternatives are Paseo Steel Parking, 400m away. Please inquire about rates directly from them.

For long stays (min. of 20 days):
—You are required to have us clean the unit mid-stay or at least once a month. This is to ensure that our home is properly maintained. You will directly pay our cleaning staff ₱1,000 to cover labor & laundry. Your linens & towels will be replaced.
—Electricity bills must not exceed ₱3,000.00 for the month. Any charge in excess shall be at the guest's expense.

Please note that the nightly rate only covers the first 2 guests. Extra guest is charged an additional ₱1,000/night.

ALL guests are required to submit a copy of their ID for admin approval of the guest pass at least a day before arrival. No approved guest pass means no entry. Late submission may result in delays with the check-in, so please submit these requirements as soon as possible.

Upon arrival at the lobby, you will be required to present your ID to the guard & log your details on the online guest system. You will then be allowed to proceed to the unit after.

We do self-check-in & checkout via a lock box. The full check-in instructions will be sent to you a day before your arrival.

Strictly 3 pm check-in & 11 am check-out. Early check-in & out is for approval & is not guaranteed.

If approved, the following charges will apply:

First extra 2 HRS - Half of the rent
Beyond 2 HRS - Full-day rent (you have to book the day before check-in for early check-in or the day after for late check-out)

Airbnb is built on trust & relationships. As a host, I have full confidence that you will take care of everything inside our home, follow our house rules & will not take anything when you check out. Please use the appliances, furniture, & fixtures responsibly as you would your own. You will be liable for any loss or damage to the property.

IMPORTANT: No smoking, no pets & no parties/events allowed. Please TURN OFF the air-con & other appliances when not in use, especially when you're not in the unit.

For monthly stays - rates are already discounted as shown on the listing.

We regularly conduct grease trap cleaning and maintenance in all our homes. If you notice an unusual smell (rare and mostly during hot seasons), it may come from the pipes due to the building's age. Rest assured, the building maintenance team is aware of this.
