Located within one of the best condominiums in Uptown BGC, you'll have easy access to everything you need, since there are supermarkets, malls, restaurants, bars, clubs, and cafes nearby, with paid parking near and within the premises.
The Space
Our place boasts a Muji-inspired, Nordic style interior: a cozy living area equipped with a 55" smart HD TV that's audibly enhanced with a sound bar so that you can comfortably watch your favorite shows and movies via HBO GO, Netflix, and Amazon Prime Video, and even tune in to the local news whenever needed through local TV channels. The whole unit has great WiFi reception, with an internet speed of up to 200Mbps. Our dining area is good for 4 people, not to mention the dining table itself can be expanded if needed, making the space ideal for intimate birthday/anniversary/holiday celebrations!
The bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a light warm comforter, ergonomic pillows, and a memory foam mattress. We also have a double-burner stove with range hood in the kitchen, along with cookware and dinnerware that you can use for your cooking and dining needs. A microwave oven and a spacious refrigerator are both also available for use. We also provide guests complimentary coffee, tea, chocolate bars, and bottled water as a welcome gift.
Our toilet and bath comes with a centralized heating system, so the sink and shower can both produce warm/hot water as needed. We also provide guests with disposable slippers, shampoo, conditioner, and soap, bath towels, washcloths, and bath mats.
For your entertainment and perusal, you'll find iconic books and card/board games in the shelves. Please handle these items with care and return them to their respective places after use. Otherwise, you'll face the wrath of the unit owner Chioko (i.e., a domestic ginger cat who tends to get insanely hangry). We also provide guests with a universal socket adapter (hooray for tourists!), because trust us—we know the struggle.
For easy access, we'll be providing keycards to guests upon check-in. We'd be also more than glad to provide some recommendations if this would be your first time around BGC (or the Philippines in general)!
Guest access
The entire place is accessible to the guests. No gym access as it is only available to residents. Pool access is free for up to 3 guests from Tuesday to Friday except on cleaning days, weekends & holidays. A ₱300 pool fee is charged to extra guests over 3. All guests are required to register at the lobby before using it. Therefore, please let us know before booking if you’re planning to make use of the amenities.
Other things to note
For identification and safety purposes, our property admin requires Airbnb hosts to submit a Guest Information Sheet per booking. You'll be notified of the information required upon booking to allow us to properly endorse your stay and to ensure that you get a smooth self check-in experience.
To ensure security and streamline guest management, all guests and visitors are now required to present a valid ID upon arrival at the lobby. Guest Pass IDs will be issued at the front desk and must be carried at all times while on the premises. After ID validation, you will need to scan the QR code and complete the Health Declaration Form. Once submitted, you will be allowed to proceed to the unit.
Please be advised that a fee of ₱500 will be charged for any lost, unreturned, or damaged passes/IDs.
The visitors are allowed only up to the unit’s maximum occupancy limit—4 people at a time—and only between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
All guests are required to submit a copy of their ID & signed Short-Term Lease Agreement for admin approval of the guest pass at least a day before arrival. No same-day processing. No approved guest pass means no entry. Late submission may result in delays with the check-in, so please submit these requirements as soon as possible.
While cookware is provided, basic condiments such as oil, salt, and pepper won't be provided for sanitary purposes.
Lastly, this is something our locals probably know already, but we do have a “potential for noise” disclaimer since the building is located right across Uptown Parade, where an outdoor pool club (among other clubs and bars) is located. Although the building management monitors the noise level to ensure that it is kept within 50dBA, please set your expectations before booking as there’d be music emanating at night across from Fridays to Sundays.
