—Utilities are included but the electricity bill must not exceed ₱3,000 per month. Any excess shall be at your own cost.

All guests are required to submit a copy of their ID for admin approval of the guest pass at least a day before arrival. No same-day processing. No approved guest pass means no entry. Late submission may result in delays with the check-in so please submit these requirements as soon as possible.

Upon arrival at the lobby, you will be required to present your ID to the guard. Once validated, you will be asked to sign up & provide basic info on their guest/visitor record book. You will then be allowed to proceed to the unit after.

During your stay

Other things to note

Guests will have to self-check-in & checkout for flexibility & privacy. The check-in instructions will be sent to you a day prior to your arrival.

Strictly 3 pm check-in & 11 am check-out. Early check-in & out is for approval & is not guaranteed.

If approved, the following charges will apply:

First extra 2 HRS - ₱1,000
Beyond 2 HRS - full rate (you have to book the day before check-in for early check-in or the day after for late check-out)

Please note that this studio home can only accommodate max of 2 guests at a time.

Please use the appliances, furniture, & fixtures responsibly as you would your own. You will be liable for any loss or damage to the property.

IMPORTANT: No smoking, no pets & no parties/events allowed. Please TURN OFF the air-con & other appliances when not in use especially when you're not in the unit.

Pool access is free but no gym access. The gym is exclusive to residents. Do note that due to the current COVID-19 situation, amenities may be unavailable without prior notice.
