The Space

Located in the heart of Makati, within the community-like Jazz Residences, you'll have everything you need just a short walk away — supermarkets, malls, restaurants, bars, clubs, and cafes, with convenient paid parking available on-site and nearby.

Our unit features a cozy, laid-back interior, including a spacious living area with a smart HD TV. Enjoy your favorite shows and movies on Netflix for free! The whole unit is equipped with fast Wi-Fi, offering speeds up to 200 MBPS. The dining area comfortably seats two, making it perfect for intimate gatherings like birthdays and anniversaries.

The bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a light warm comforter and pillows. We also have a double-burner stove with a range hood in the kitchen, along with cookware and dinnerware that you can use for your cooking and dining needs. A microwave oven and a spacious refrigerator are both also available for use. Upon your arrival, we’ll provide a one-time complimentary treat of local Barako coffee and a 1L bottle of water to help you settle in comfortably.

Our bath comes with a heating system, so the shower can produce warm/hot water as needed. You will have disposable slippers, shampoo, conditioner, soap, bath towels, and bath mats.

Step out onto the balcony, where you'll find a table and chairs for two. It’s the perfect spot to relax while enjoying a view of the amenities, pool, and vibrant city skyline.

Guest access

The entire unit is accessible to guests. Please note that the gym is only available to residents and not accessible to guests. Pool access is available for a fee of ₱150 per guest on regular days and ₱300 on holidays. Only 2 guests are allowed to use the swimming pool, provided they will pay the fee. Pool access is available from Tuesday to Friday, excluding cleaning days, weekends, and holidays.

The pool cannot be used on Mondays (cleaning day of the big pool) and Tuesdays (cleaning day of the lap pool). All guests are required to register at the lobby before using the pool. Kindly inform us before booking if you plan to use the amenities.

Other things to note

Please note that the washer in the bathroom is not available for guest use. It is a washer only, not a dryer, and there is no space in the condo to fully dry laundry. While the washer is shown in the listing photos, it is covered and not advertised as an amenity. Thank you for understanding.

There is no pay parking option in the building but you may park at Jazz Mall (located on the ground floor). This is on a first-come-first-serve basis. Rates are below & may change without prior notice.

Parking Rates at Jazz Mall: (need to update)
First 2 hours - ₱60 & ₱20 for succeeding hours
Overnight - ₱300 in addition to parking fee (after 1:30 AM).
Lost/Damaged Ticket - ₱200 in addition to parking fee.

For identification and safety purposes, our property admin requires Airbnb hosts to submit a Guest Information Sheet per booking. You'll be notified of the information required upon booking to allow us to properly endorse your stay and to ensure that you get a smooth self-check-in experience.

We do self-check-in & checkout via a smart lock. The full check-in instructions will be sent to you a day before your arrival.

Strictly 3 pm check-in & 11 am check-out. Early check-in & out is for approval & is not guaranteed.

If approved, the following charges will apply:

First extra 2 HRS - ₱1,000
Beyond 2 HRS - full rate (you have to book the day before check-in for early check-in or the day after for late check-out)

For long stays (min. of 20 days):
—You are required to have us clean the unit mid-stay or at least once. This is to ensure that our home is properly maintained. You will directly pay our cleaning staff 1,000 PHP to cover labor & laundry. Your linens & towels will be replaced.
—Utilities are included but the electricity bill must not exceed 3,500 PHP per month. Any excess shall be at your own cost.

Airbnb is built on trust & relationships. As a host, I have full confidence that you will take care of everything inside our home, follow our house rules & will not take anything when you check out. Please use the appliances, furniture, & fixtures responsibly as you would your own. *You will be liable for any loss or damage to the property.*

IMPORTANT: No smoking & pets allowed. Intimate events/parties are welcome. Please TURN OFF the aircon & other appliances when not in use especially when you're not in the unit.
