—Electricity bill must not exceed ₱3,500.00 for the month. Any charge in excess shall be at the guest's expense.

ALL guests are required to submit a copy of their ID for admin approval of the guest pass at least a day before arrival. No same-day processing. No approved guest pass means no entry. Late submission may result in delays with the check-in so please submit these requirements as soon as possible.
Upon arrival at the lobby, you will be required to present your ID to the guard. Once validated, you will be asked to sign up & provide basic info on their guest/visitor online system. You will then be allowed to proceed to the unit after.
Keyless Entry/ Digital Lock in the unit. You will be provided with a temporary passcode for the digital lock.

We're virtually available 24/7 by phone or messaging. Please contact us via Airbnb first to ensure an immediate response.
We do self-check-in & checkout via a smart lock. The full check-in instructions will be sent to you a day prior to your arrival. A separate message via Airbnb will be sent to share your assigned door code. The code will only work during your scheduled stay. It expires after 11 am check out.
Strictly 3 pm check-in & 11 am check-out. Early check-in & out is for approval & is not guaranteed.
If approved, the following charges will apply:
First extra 2 HRS - Half of the rent
Beyond 2 HRS - Full-day rent (you have to book the day before check-in for early check-in or the day after for late check-out)
Please note that the nightly rate only covers the first 2 guests. Extra guest is charged an additional ₱1,500/night. Max of 3.
Airbnb is built on trust & relationships. As a host, I have full confidence that you will take care of everything inside our home, follow our house rules & will not take anything when you check out. Please use the appliances, furniture, & fixtures responsibly as you would your own. You will be liable for any loss or damage to the property.
IMPORTANT: No smoking, no pets & no parties/events allowed. Please TURN OFF the air-con & other appliances when not in use, especially when you're not in the unit.
For weekly & monthly stays - rates are already discounted as shown on the listing.
For long stays (min. of 20 days):

FREE use of the pool located on the 7th floor. Please coordinate with us if you plan to use the amenity. Do note that due to the current Covid-19 situation, amenities may be unavailable without prior notice.
We regularly conduct grease trap cleaning and maintenance in all our homes. If you notice an unusual smell (rare and mostly during hot seasons), it may come from the pipes due to the building's age. Rest assured, the building maintenance team is aware of this.
