Other things to note
All guests are required to submit a copy of their ID for admin approval of the guest pass at least a day before arrival. No approved guest pass means no entry. Late submission may result in delays with the check-in so please submit these requirements as soon as possible.
Upon arrival in the listing, you will be required to present your ID to the caretaker on site. Once validated, you will have to log your details & they might ask you to leave an ID. You will then be allowed to proceed to the home after.

We're virtually available 24/7 by phone or messaging. Please contact us via Airbnb first to ensure an immediate response. We have an onsite caretaker who will stay in the bedroom near the entrance for any urgent help you need.
This home is pet-friendly. Yes to dogs, cats, and fish; no to birds, reptiles, mice, guinea pigs, rabbits, and other animals.
The maximum allowed number of pets is four, and we charge a one-time fee of 500 PHP per pet on top of your booking fees.
Please note that the pet fee will be collected on-site. The maximum weight of dogs is 75 pounds and for large breeds, a maximum of 2 dogs only.
Check-in & out is via the caretaker at the home entrance. The full check-in instructions will be sent to you a day before your arrival.
Strictly 3 pm check-in & 11 am check-out. Early check-in & out is for approval & is not guaranteed. If approved, the following charges will apply:
First extra 2 HRS - ₱2000
Beyond 2 HRS - full rate (you have to book the day before check-in for early check-in or the day after for late check-out)
