The Space

This is a spacious, cozy & fully functional 84 sqm. 2BR condo with a balcony & 2 bathrooms (1 common & 1 ensuite the master bedroom with bathtub) in Uptown Parksuites Tower 2 designed tastefully to suit both business & leisure travelers. Strategically located at the heart of Bonifacio Global City & offers the best of both work & leisure essentials. Perfect for solo adventurers, couples & small groups.

**FOR LONG STAYS** (min. of 20 days):
—It is mandatory to have weekly home cleaning. This is to ensure that your home is properly maintained. A cleaning fee applies to cover labor & laundry. Your linens & towels will be replaced. Please inquire first/arrange this with us in advance.
—Utilities are included but the electricity bill must not exceed ₱5,000 per month. Any excess shall be at your cost.

Guest access

IMPORTANT NOTE: Free access to the pool for up to 3 guests. Over 3, each guest will pay ₱300 directly to the condo admin for the pool fee. Monday is cleaning day so it’s closed. We just need to book it at least 1 day prior. Weekends & Holidays are for the exclusive use of the residents only. The gym is exclusive to residents — we don’t advertise this as an amenity.

The published rate only covers the first 4 guests. An extra guest fee of ₱2,000/head applies for the 5th guest.

The sofa bed will only be set up for bookings with more than 4 paid guests.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT:
2 sleeps in the master bedroom (Queen bed)
1 sleeps in the second bedroom (Single bed)
2 sleeps on the sofa bed (Full bed)

Other things to note

There is a pay parking option in the building for ₱500/night but please inquire before you book as the parking slot availability is not guaranteed.

Alternatively, you may park at Landers (located on the ground floor). This is on a first-come-first-serve basis. Rates are below & may change without prior notice.

Parking Rates at Landers:
Day Rates - ₱50 for the first 3 hours & ₱50 for succeeding hours
Overnight - ₱2,500 fixed rate from 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM
(May vary subject to all terms/availability, ALL parking-related concerns are outside of host liability)

Other nearby parking options are:
Uptown Mall or Uptown Parade. Uptown Parade has steel parking where you can park your car overnight for ₱150.00 flat rate as of writing (please check the rates personally for accuracy).

**Check-in time is from 3 PM to midnight only. The condo policy no longer allows self-check-ins so you will be assisted by our staff upon arrival to your room. The door code will be shared with you ahead of time so you can use it to unlock the door. No check-ins from after midnight to 8 AM. You will have to inform us in advance of your ETA. All guests can only stay in the lobby for 15 minutes max.**

To ensure security and streamline guest management, all guests and visitors are now required to present a valid ID upon arrival at the lobby. Guest Pass IDs will be issued at the front desk and must be carried at all times while on the premises. After ID validation, you will need to scan the QR code and complete the Health Declaration Form. Once submitted, you will be allowed to proceed to the unit.

Please be advised that a fee of ₱500 will be charged for any lost, unreturned, or damaged passes/IDs.

The visitors are allowed only up to the unit’s maximum occupancy limit—5 people at a time—and only between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

All guests are required to submit a copy of their ID & signed Short-Term Lease Agreement for admin approval of the guest pass at least a day before arrival. No same-day processing. No approved guest pass means no entry. Late submission may result in delays with the check-in, so please submit these requirements as soon as possible.

We do self-check-in & checkout via a smart lock. The full check-in instructions will be sent to you a day before your arrival.

Strictly 3 pm check-in & 11 am check-out. Early check-in & out is for approval & is not guaranteed.

If approved, the following charges will apply:

First extra 2 HRS - ₱2,000
Beyond 2 HRS - full rate (you have to book the day before check-in for early check-in or the day after for late check-out)

Airbnb is built on trust & relationships. As a host, I have full confidence that you will take care of everything inside our home, follow our house rules & will not take anything when you check out. Please use the appliances, furniture, & fixtures responsibly as you would your own. **You will be liable for any loss or damage to the property.**

IMPORTANT: No smoking & pets allowed. Intimate events/parties are welcome. Please TURN OFF the aircon & other appliances when not in use, especially when you're not in the unit.
